Depending on development size, normally between 4 and 5 months from purchase to completion.

At every turn we maximise the emphasis on risk reduction in all developments. This means we ensure safeguards remain in place to mitigate any potential downsides.

Take for example your financing; if your project is scheduled to take 4-5 months from commencement to completion, it is important to have a facility of up to 18 months to ensure you have your lower rate for a longer term to account for any unforeseen delays (e.g. unable to render a property because it was raining non-stop). After all your only pay for the length of finance facility you use!

There are always risks and it would be unprofessional and totally unrealistic to suggest otherwise.
